Job summary
A leading international investment platform is hiring an HR Analyst / HR Generalist for its Abu Dhabi office. This role involves supporting various HR operations, working closely with the Head of HR, and managing employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of generalist HR experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong attention to detail and operational mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high trust environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
- International exposure or experience working with diverse teams is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on HR generalist supporting daily HR operations in Abu Dhabi.
- Work closely with the Head of HR on all people related matters.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contracts, HR administration and employee relations.
- Coordinate payroll processes in partnership with finance and external administrators.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and compliance are properly implemented.
- Support ad hoc HR projects as the firm continues to expand internationally.
