Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Relationship Management:Serve as the primary liaison for our marketing affiliates, overseeing daily communications, addressing inquiries, and aligning their objectives with ours.
• Sales & Campaign Coordination:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare campaign materials, proposals, and agreements, ensuring affiliates have the resources needed for successful campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis:Track and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, generating insights and making data-informed adjustments to enhance results.
• Relationship Building:Cultivate strong, professional partnerships with affiliates, focusing on sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Process Optimization:Work cross-functionally to refine workflows, streamline communication, and improve the affiliate management process.
• Stakeholder Reporting:Provide regular updates to stakeholders on affiliate performance, identifying both challenges and opportunities to inform strategic planning.

The Profile

Qualifications:

• Experience:3+ years in B2B sales coordination, affiliate management, or a related role in sales or marketing.
• Language Skills:Native-level Vietnamese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Analytical Abilities:Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking, with a results-oriented approach to translating data into actionable strategies.
• Project Management Skills:Proficient in managing multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
• Interpersonal Skills:Strong communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to work independently and within teams.
