The job purpose of Sales Coordinator is to provide the necessary support and coordination between Sales, customers and production planning when needed. The final outcome is to facilitate the sales team's daily activities, execute sales through processing in the ERP.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing filing, distribution, and processing sales orders.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Handle the processing of all orders with accurate timelines.
Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations as well as prepare proforma invoices.
Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Liaise between various departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost, and time restraints.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or challenges.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Follow up with the Production Department for production schedules.
Coordinate deliveries and report pending job reports on a daily basis to the Sales team.
Maintain a high level of coordination between sales, operations, and production department personnel with regards to production planning and shipments/deliveries for all orders received.
Provide back-office support to individual sales representatives, delivering timely information related to production, shipment sailings, and customer’s SOA, etc.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience within Sales operations or sales processes.
Must be an Arabic speaker.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail.
Must be organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage paperwork.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Sales.
