Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage ongoing and upcoming international shipments, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers to customers.
Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping and trade documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth import/export operations.
Monitor shipment progress and update relevant teams and systems accordingly.
Assist the sales team by routing leads, inquiries, and customer requests to appropriate sales managers.
Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve shipping issues and provide updates.
Support internal teams with logistics and order-related information.
Provide basic customer service support when needed.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in logistics, international trade, or sales coordination (preferred).
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP/CRM systems.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
