SALES COORDINATOR

This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Dubai. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales coordination, customer service, communication & sales operations on a daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support the assigned Trader in preparing PI, PO and sales Contracts as per requirement.
2. Assist the sales department to run timely MIS reporting.
3. Assist in the process of collecting product-related information for the salesperson and the team when required.
4. Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers with respect to delivery and payments.
5. Coordinate with the Logistics team for submission documents and related tasks.
6. Coordinate with the Logistics department in receiving procurement information and updating customers.
7. Update activities of salesperson in the assigned sheets and maintain sales file on a daily basis.
8. Assist in the overall sales planning and implementation process and work accordingly as per the needs of other departments.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Coordinator. Freshers can also apply.
2. Preferably people with Chemical background or experience.
3. Good organisational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
