The Role

  • Manage and drive a sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Set individual targets for each agent and motivate them to close deals.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, sales support, and advice.
  • Analyse performance and review sales strategies to grow revenue.
  • Interview new agents and select the best candidates for your team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, leads, listings) to evaluate performance and the correct level of support.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in Secondary Real Estate, with management experience is preferable.
  • Advanced knowledge of Dubai's Secondary Real Estate Market.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
