Summary of the role: The Relationship Manager & Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the Waystone team and will play a pivotal role in proactively managing and supporting their clients and funds from a commercial and governance perspective as well as representing Waystone at external events. As a relationship manager and financial analyst focused on fund distribution and investment management, primary responsibilities would include analysing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and working with the Investment Manager to provide recommendations on asset allocation if required.
Collaborate with the Promotions Manager, our investment manager clients and other financial professionals to optimise fund distribution strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial markets are essential for success in this role.
To achieve this, you will need to be able to analyse financial data, support the preferred fund distribution strategies of our clients, and assist the Fund Investment Manager in investment management decisions. Strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial markets, and the ability to communicate insights effectively are needed.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification.

SCA Qualifications Requirements (CISI):
The qualifications below must be obtained to be approved by the SCA as the Financial Analyst. The governing body that oversees the professional qualifications is the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
