Overview
The Programme Manager has overall responsibility for delivering the Rapiscan DXB project to schedule and budget, working with and taking responsibility from the Bids/Sales team during bid phase and after contract award with responsibility of managing the programme through to Site Acceptance Testing and handover to the Service/After-Sales Department.
The Programme Manager will act as the focal point for the project during its life cycle, for both internal and external customers, and as such being the nominated point of contact for the customer post project award. As an integral member of the leadership team, the Programme Manager will communicate effectively with other engineers, project leads, client's management and client representatives to ensure on-schedule delivery and installation the company's reputation for high quality products and services is maintained.

Considerable project and programme management experience essential, working on multi-million pound projects over periods from 6 months to 3 years or more. Relevant experience will be considered in lieu for formal qualifications.
Candidates will have ideally Prince2 qualification or equivalent qualification and will ideally have over 10 years Programme Management experience with proven ability to adapt to working overseas in a multi-cultural environment.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be pro-active, have the ability to multi task and prioritise workload. Must have excellent man-management and interpersonal skills.
Managed Client facing projects with a demonstrable track record of successful project delivery with proven project management ability, including projects with major budgets and complex scope.
Knowledge or experience of airport security, baggage handling systems and x-ray baggage scanners would be hugely beneficial to this role.
Must be UAE based, working onsite every day.
