Job summary

A leading low-cost airline in the UAE is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the recruitment and selection processes. This role involves ensuring adherence to industry standards, conducting interviews, and preparing assessment tests. Candidates should have 4-5 years of HR experience, be educated to at least diploma level, and possess excellent English communication skills. Familiarity with Arabic is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of the recruitment function.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years work experience in HR or a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Recruitment and Selection processes for the airline.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment quality and standards.
  • Conduct interviews and recommend candidates.
  • Administer tests for selection and development.
  • Monitor budget adherence for manpower costs.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Skill in Arabic
Computer literacy and familiarity with MS-Office Suite
