A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to develop a robust hiring strategy for a Forex business. This role requires recent experience in Forex talent acquisition and a strong background in managing high-performance teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes, improving candidate experiences, and partnering with leadership to drive alignment on hiring priorities.
