A leading state-owned conglomerate in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to drive the recruitment strategy across diverse business units. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition, particularly within large groups or government entities. Key responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment processes and designing scalable talent acquisition strategies. Strong knowledge of UAE hiring laws and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, which offers a strategic position at the forefront of talent management.
Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably in large groups or government entities.
- Proven leadership in building scalable talent acquisition systems and teams.
- Strong knowledge of UAE/local hiring laws and talent market.
