A leading luxury retail company in Dubai is seeking an HR Analytics Manager to leverage data and analytical techniques for HR functions. This role focuses on gathering and interpreting HR data to drive strategic decision making in workforce planning, engagement, and performance management. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in HR analytics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data visualization tools. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
