We are looking to employ a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills to support our HR department.

The ideal candidate will be a conceptual thinker with excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.
  • Respond to employee and applicant queries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of HR files and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance data, and salary adjustments.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and HR communications.
  • Support recruitment: identify candidates, conduct reference checks, and prepare employment contracts.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events; maintain team calendars.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and evaluations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, correspondence, and digital records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in Dubai (essential).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
