We are looking for a Salon Team Leader to be responsible for our day-to-day operations.

Salon Team Leader responsibilities include ensuring a high level of customer service, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting our services, and keeping updated records of expenses and revenues. If you are familiar with beauty treatments and have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help boost client satisfaction and increase our revenues.

1. Oversee daily salon operations
2. Hire and train beauticians, as needed
3. Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
4. Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils, and replenish stock
5. Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
6. Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
7. Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
8. Maintain staff records and working schedules
9. Promote services, products, and discounts on social media
10. Help oversee payments from clients and track all transactions
11. Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g., daily, monthly, and quarterly)
12. Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers

1. Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or in a managerial role
2. Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g., for hair and skin care)
3. Basic bookkeeping knowledge
4. Good organizational skills and communication skills
5. Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
