Responsibilities:

• Reviews Clients' Terms and Conditions at the Proposal stage; Comments and issues qualifications.
• At the Project level, reviews Contract Documents as received from Clients, and checks their terms and conditions for the incorporation of necessary qualifications as agreed with the Client.
• Identifies subcontracts in liaison with Proposals Division / Disciplines.
• Receives subcontractors' scope of work from Disciplines and clarifies any ambiguities.
• Prepares Call for Tender documents, floats and handles subcontract enquiries.
• Identifies potential subcontractors and agrees on the final list with Head of Contracts.
• Evaluates subcontractor proposals (in liaison with Proposals/Disciplines), prepares bid tabulations, and makes recommendations regarding choice of subcontractor.
• Repeats above after award if subcontract enquiries are to be re-floated.
• Post award actions are taken in liaison with Project Manager.
• Acts as a member of the project team, giving assistance to the Project Manager for Contracts/Subcontracts.
• Assumes responsibility for the preparation of the Tender documents for Clients. Compiles technical documents prepared by disciplines, prepares commercial documents, and compiles the complete tender document in liaison with project manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or finance.
• Significant professional experience in Contracts management, preferably in the onshore/offshore oil and gas sector.
