We are looking for a skilled Buyer to join our Fashion team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing a range of apparel and accessories to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets. Your main duties will include identifying new trends, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing sales data, and managing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion buying, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for market trends. You must be able to work well under pressure, have great communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities

1. Conducting market research to identify fashion trends and new products.
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
3. Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and making purchasing decisions based on demand.
5. Analyzing sales data and forecasting future trends to inform purchasing decisions.
6. Monitoring and managing the delivery of products to ensure timely arrivals.
7. Collaborating with the merchandising and sales teams to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
8. Managing the budget for purchasing and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
9. Evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
10. Staying informed about industry developments and attending trade shows and fashion events.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of the fashion industry trends and market dynamics.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Proven experience in buying, sourcing, or purchasing within the fashion industry.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for analysis and reporting.
