We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team as part of our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. The ideal candidate is a female Registered Nurse with an active DHA license or eligibility, passionate about working in a home care setting. The role requires proficiency in Neonatal ICU (NICU) or Pediatric ICU (PICU) experience and the ability to handle a variety of clinical tasks with a focus on providing quality patient care. This position is open to candidates of any nationality who are fluent or have good English communication skills, possess flexibility in terms of scheduling, and are currently residing in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care services within a home care setting, adhering to established medical protocols and guidelines.
• Provide specialized care to patients on mechanical ventilators, CPAP, and BIPAP machines, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Perform tracheostomy care, NG tube insertion and feeding, peg tube insertion and feeding, and mucus suctioning with precision and without supervision.
• Administer Foley catheter insertion and removal and IV cannulation procedures skillfully and professionally.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' unique needs.
• Monitor patients' conditions, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize strong clinical assessment skills to identify changes in patients' health status and take appropriate action.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, treatment options, and health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation in compliance with DHA regulations and internal protocols.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• DHA license or active eligibility letter is mandatory; candidates without these credentials need not apply.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized medical school.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience, with preference given to candidates with Neonatal ICU (NICU) or Pediatric ICU (PICU) experience.
• BLS certification is required.
• Fluent English speaking ability is essential.
• Middle East nursing experience is desirable.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform specified clinical procedures without supervision.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work varying duty schedules and timings.
• Passion for working in a home care environment, providing personalized patient-centered care.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare setting.
