Job Responsibilities
• Lead and negotiate quarterly/annual JBP with KA retailers partners on product launches, space, location, and stock
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with local retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve accordingly
• Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized annual sales goals are achieved
• Define and implement a Go-to-Market plan with cross-functional teams including marketing, delivery, logistics, local suppliers, etc.
• Collect and review forecasts with key account partners and follow up on delivery plans
• Monitor and manage SI/ST Performance, offline display POSM management
• Analyze weekly/monthly PSI to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities
• Plan and handle specific sales events to enhance brand visibility and improve sales performance
• Partner closely with merchants and customize plans that meet both the brand's and retailer's goals
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience in key account management or business development management within the cosmetics industry or other consumer products industry
• Extensive knowledge of customer/brand specifics in the MENA region, mass cosmetic market
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Ability to produce eye-catching and effective presentations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-cultural environment
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Arabic is a plus
