- We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and energetic Sales and Consulting team to help us build the Global market ecosystem. You will be at the forefront of the company and will have the dedication to strategize and execute business growth in accordance with the Company's vision of USD 1 Billion revenue by FY28.

- You will be the leader to execute Bert Labs' GTM strategy in Germany, France, Austria, and other EU regions, UK, USA, Singapore/APAC, MENA, and India in accordance with four major milestones:

  1. Bert Platform Solution- Consulting
  2. Bert Platform Solution- POC
  3. Bert Platform Solution- Contract sign-off
  4. Bert Platform Solution- Scale-up
to be achieved on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and annual basis over the next four years leading to USD 1 Billion Global revenues.

Role:

- As part of Bert Labs Consulting, you will be responsible for research, documentation, and proposal building for Fortune 100/500/1000/2000 clients in focused industry verticals and geographies.

- You will be responsible for getting Bert Labs Consulting meetings with the clients, educating them on Bert Platform Solution- AI - Distributed Computing - IoT Infra Innovation and Impact; Immediate and over the next 10 years.

- You will be responsible for progressing Bert Labs Consulting meetings to Bert Labs POC.

- Collaboration with the client on data for bespoking Bert Platform Solution- AI - Distributed Computing - IoT Infra Innovation for the client site.

- Mutual NDA execution, Bert Labs team site visit, client sharing of operational, design, and baseline data.

- Bert Platform Solution- AI - Distributed Computing - IoT Infra Innovation POC Development and Deployment agreed.

- You will be responsible for progressing Bert Labs POC meetings to Bert Platform Solution- Contract Sign-off.

- Techno-commercial Proposal sign-off with client top leadership/BoD/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/ESG/IT/Procurement/Commercial & Finance.

- Bert Platform Solution- on-site deployment Program management.

- You will be responsible for progressing Bert Platform Solution- Contract Sign-off to Bert Platform Solution- Scale-up.

- After 3 - 6 months of successful Bert Platform Solution at the first site, scale up of Bert Platform Solution at the remaining sites globally over the next 12 - 24 months.

- You will have ownership of the number of clients for Bert Labs Consulting per week, per month.

- You will have ownership of the number of clients for Bert Labs POC per week, per month.

- You will have ownership of the number of clients for Bert Labs Contract Sign-off per month.

- You will have ownership of the number of clients for Bert Labs Contract Sign-off per quarter.

- You will have ownership of USD 50 - 100 million per annum of sales revenue.

- You will have ownership of winning 30% of your annual sales revenue through your channel partners, distributors, resellers.

- You will have ownership of researching, documentation, dialogue, diligence, and contract sign-off with companies as channel partners, distributors, resellers in focused geographies and in focused Bert Platform Solution technology groups.

- You will work closely with Bert Labs marketing team for their ownership on lead generation opportunities (website, events, industry associations, online media, trade media, PR).

- You will have ownership for Bert Platform Solution business, revenue, and pricing innovative models for direct clients and clients through channel partners, distributors, resellers.

Required Qualifications:

- Engineering degree from IITs/BITS/NITs/Jadavpur University/DTU/Top Engineering Institutes in USA, Europe, UK/NUS.

- Master's in Business Administration from IIMs/FMS/MDI/XLRI/IMT/NMIMS/JBIMS/Top Business Schools in USA, Europe, UK, Singapore.

- Proven Leadership Sales and Business Development experience in Product, Consulting, and IT Services companies.

- 15 - 25 years of total proven experience in Companies like Microsoft, GCP, AWS, Oracle, SAP, Accenture, IBM, VMWare, Adobe, Qualcomm, Intel, Siemens, Honeywell, ABB, Schneider, TCS, Infosys, WIPRO, Cognizant, Capgemini.

- Business/Product/Pricing (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) Strategy, Consulting & Business Development Leadership experience.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, Growth mindset, Leader mindset; Ambitious, and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced hustle environment.

- Proven experience to lead a team and as well as to contribute hands-on.

- Ability to successfully collaborate with a high talent group across all ages.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
