We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Private Chef to cater to the culinary needs of a distinguished business family in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality background, a strong passion for healthy cooking, and expertise in preparing a diverse range of international cuisines. The role requires exceptional culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to curate customized menus based on the family's dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Planning & Execution: Design and prepare daily meals tailored to the family's preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
International Cuisine Expertise: Proficiency in a variety of cuisines, including Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, European, and fusion dishes.
Ingredient Sourcing & Quality Control: Select the finest ingredients from premium suppliers and local markets to ensure the highest quality.
Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards.
Event Catering: Plan and execute meals for private gatherings, celebrations, and VIP events hosted by the family.
Nutritional & Dietary Considerations: Prepare healthy, well-balanced meals based on nutritional guidelines and the family's preferences.
Flexibility & Availability: Be adaptable to last-minute menu changes, travel requirements, and extended working hours as per the family's schedule.
Requirements:
Proven Experience as a Private Chef or in luxury hotels
Good Knowledge of International Cuisines with the ability to prepare diverse dishes with authenticity and creativity.
Discretion & Professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and a high level of trust within the household.
Valid UAE Residency Visa or Eligibility to Work in Dubai (preferred).
