Job Description:

As a Business Head, you will be responsible for driving overall business growth, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns. You will lead a team of account managers, creative professionals, and digital specialists to deliver innovative marketing solutions that exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and industry trends.

1. Business Development & Developing the vertical with team and clients.
2. Monthly revenues plan and achieving the Monthly Target.
3. Developing the vertical with team & clients Pan UAE.
4. Develop and execute the agency's business strategy, including identifying growth opportunities, setting revenue targets, and optimizing operational processes.
5. Lead and mentor a team of account managers, creative directors, and digital specialists to deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives and drives business results.
6. Foster strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
7. Drive new business development efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients to expand the agency's client portfolio.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and campaign concepts that align with client goals and objectives.
9. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to measure results, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations to optimize performance.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to clients.
11. Manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
12. Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the agency's services.
13. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and professional growth among team members.

Education: Post-Graduate (Preferred specialization in Marketing)

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in a similar role/industry

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel is a Must)
