Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for expanding the portfolio and inventory of holiday homes in Dubai.
Building relationships with key stakeholders such as property owners, landlords, developers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with property owners and other stakeholders to secure new properties for the company's portfolio.
Developing and implementing strategies to promote and market the company's holiday homes to potential customers, including online and offline marketing campaigns.
Ensuring that the company's holiday homes meet the required standards and regulations, and overseeing any necessary renovations or improvements.
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that business development initiatives align with company goals and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 4 years in business development or sales, preferably with experience in Dubai’s holiday home or real estate market.
Strong negotiation, client management, partnership building, and time management skills. A growth mindset and the desire to drive results are essential.
