Job summary
A global beauty company seeks passionate Beauty Advisors in the UAE. You will provide expert makeup advice and drive sales of makeup products, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining presentation standards. Previous experience in beauty retail and a strong passion for makeup are essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Join us to inspire customers with your beauty expertise!
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor or Makeup Artist in beauty retail.
- Strong passion for makeup and beauty trends.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse customers.
- Makeup artistry background is an advantage.
- Confident in product demonstration and advice.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with consumers.
- Act as a makeup expert, demonstrating application techniques.
- Build knowledge of Coty products and differentiate from competitors.
- Drive sales and achieve personal/store targets.
- Stay updated on beauty trends to inspire customers.
- Ensure high presentation standards on the shop floor.
- Support stock management and hygiene compliance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients.
