What We're Looking For
A dynamic professional with expertise in business analysis, project management, and technical skills. You'll manage diverse projects, ensure compliance, and drive innovation across corporate and retail products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects efficiently.
- Improve processes, coordinate testing, and ensure solution quality.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users.
- Manage vendor relationships, compliance, and risk.
- Lead change management efforts and support adoption of new solutions.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science.
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Hadoop, or Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in ETL processes, database management, and data visualization.
- Proven expertise in project delivery, especially within banking or financial services.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
