Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Reception Supervisor to join our Lexus Al Ain Service Center team. As a Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Service Advisors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service, acting as a role model and promoting a culture of excellence, enthusiasm, and professionalism in our service reception.

You will be working closely with the Aftersales Manager and liaising with the workshop team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the go-to person for addressing queries from other departments and customers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the service center.
