Job Responsibilities:

1. First point of contact for all mail and calls for MD.
2. Maintain diaries, meeting calendar, and appointments.
3. Manage all travel and hotel arrangements.
4. Monitor, screen, and respond to incoming mails and important calls.
5. Very good computer skills (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

Required Candidate Profile:

Preference shall be given to candidates who are in Dubai.

Salary is the best in the industry as per Dubai norms.

Good in computer skills, English, smart, and business-oriented.
