Job Summary

Manages and tackles critical deadlines related to patents, industrial designs, and annuities while also assisting with the filing of patent applications and the submission of documents for examination, office actions, and registration.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Handles new jobs related to annuities.
  • Sends reminders to clients regarding missing supporting documents and annuities.
  • Follows up on annuity payments.
  • Sends reminders for outstanding invoices related to patents and industrial designs.
  • Ensures that all required documents for examination, office actions, and registration are filed through the online system on time.
  • Monitors and tracks all relevant deadlines for patents, industrial designs, and related filings.
  • Proactively communicates any approaching deadlines and escalates issues as needed.
  • Coordinates and ensures timely filing of all necessary documents related to patents and industrial designs.
  • Performs online filing of patent applications, documents for examination, office actions, and registrations.
  • Ensures accurate and timely submission of documents through the relevant patent office portals.
  • Receives and audits supporting documents.
  • Prepares payment requests and monitors petty cash balance with accounts.
