Part-time Office Assistant - Ajman


Our small office in Ajman is seeking a part-time office assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for a male candidate with their own visa and who is looking for a job that offers flexibility and accommodation.


Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative support to our team.
  2. Answering phones and responding to emails.
  3. Organizing files and documents.
  4. Performing general office tasks.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.


Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Ability to speak Arabic is a plus but not required.

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month. The working hours will be flexible, with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Our company also provides accommodation for the selected candidate.
