This pivotal role will involve fostering a high-performance workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing all HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of organizational development, change management, and performance management. Experience in the finance sector is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
Core Functions:
1. HR Management and Generalist Functions:
  1. Oversee all HR-related activities, including payroll, employee relations, and HR process flow.
  2. Manage HR administration, data management, and reporting, ensuring seamless benefits onboarding and communication with fund managers.
  3. Handle payroll administration and ensure timely submission to finance for payment.
  4. Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights.
2. Organizational Development:
  1. Lead organizational design and restructuring projects.
  2. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.
3. Change Management:
  1. Manage and support change initiatives to align employee development with organizational goals.
  2. Develop transparent communication plans to guide employees through change processes.
4. Performance Management:
  1. Design and manage systems to drive individual and team performance.
  2. Oversee performance reviews, address underperformance, and implement improvement strategies.
  3. Manage incapacity procedures related to performance or health issues.
5. Training and Upskilling:
  1. Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to deliver upskilling opportunities.
  2. Ensure training programs meet industry and regulatory requirements.
6. Employee Engagement and Wellbeing:
  1. Promote a positive workplace culture by driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  2. Continuously improve the digital employee experience and support wellness initiatives.
Additional HR Responsibilities:
  1. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to align organizational goals with HR strategies and create a cohesive workplace culture.
