We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual with creative and analytical skills in Digital Marketing to join our team.

• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness.
• Business development.
• New clientele acquisition.
• Customer retention.
• Social media marketing.
• Influencer marketing.
• Brand management.
• Manage and maintain our online store on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Instagram, etc.
• Develop engaging content for our website and social media platforms to attract and retain our target audience, including SEO and SEM.
• Plan, curate, coordinate, and execute content across all social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns until completion to achieve campaign objectives.
• Plan, organize, and manage advertising and promotional activities.
• Corporate partnerships.

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of marketing experience.
• Independent and proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Creative with experience in social media platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Preference for experience in the Beauty/Retail industry.
• Proficient in implementing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Proficient in social media marketing and content strategies.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Possess excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns on social media.
• Ability to create relevant content that generates sales opportunities.
• Experience in crafting marketing collaterals and communicating through various media platforms is preferred.
• Able to handle a project from conceptualization to completion.
• Highly self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
