Job description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing professional to lead our digital and direct marketing efforts, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. Key responsibilities include establishing and growing our brand, driving product marketing initiatives, increasing enquiries and revenue, and allocating resources strategically to maximise impact and ensure profitability.

This role also involves developing comprehensive plans, setting short- and long-term departmental goals, and focusing on achieving a strong return on investment (ROI).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Set, monitor and report on the Company's Marketing goals
  2. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  3. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
  4. Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth
  5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
  6. Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches to promote our products/services
  7. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends
  8. Plan and coordinate digital marketing activities, especially in SEO and SEM
  9. Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  10. Conceptualise, create, and oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials across both offline and online platforms. This includes producing brochures, booklets, and other sales materials, as well as social media posts, email campaigns, visual content, blogs, and website content, ensuring all materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with overall marketing goals
  11. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  12. Act as the central point of contact, liaising effectively with all internal teams (such as Sales, Business Development, Product, and Operations) and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, Public Relations agencies, and media outlets


QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Work experience as Marketing Assistant Manager or Manager, preferably in the Healthcare industry
  2. Strong track record in running successful marketing campaigns
  3. Proficiency in web analytics tools - Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
  4. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and related social media platforms
  5. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
  6. Experience in Graphic Design and Elementor platform
  7. Analytical mindset with data-driven, decision-making capabilities
  8. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
