Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives. You will assist in content creation, social media management, event coordination, and other marketing activities aimed at enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop engaging content for the company’s social media channels, including text posts, images, and videos to increase engagement and drive traffic.
2. Monitor social media channels and other platforms for customer feedback, reviews, and mentions. Ensure timely responses to inquiries and comments to maintain positive brand interactions.
3. Assist in the creation and design of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and promotional assets to support marketing campaigns and company events.
4. Support in execution of company events.
5. Coordinate the sourcing and distribution of corporate gifts to clients and partners, ensuring alignment with company branding and relationship-building goals.
6. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, generating reports, and conducting market research when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Positive attitude with a passion for marketing and social media trends.
