The Real Estate Investment Analyst will support the investment team by conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for potential real estate investments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis for potential real estate investments.
2. Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market.
3. Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investors.
4. Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits, property inspections, and reviewing legal documents.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate investments.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, legal advisors, and property managers.
7. Must be resourceful.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
9. As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
2. 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related field.
3. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
4. Excellent research and analytical skills.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles.
8. Proficiency in real estate software and databases is a plus.
