Real Estate Investment Analyst (Up to $5000) (ID: 664198)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and analysis for potential real estate investments.
• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for senior management and investors.
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment properties, including site visits, property inspections, and reviewing legal documents.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing real estate investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, legal advisors, and property managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles.
• Proficiency in real estate software and databases is a plus.
