As an integral member of the Real Estate department, the Senior/Associate will play a critical role in supporting both the investment and asset management teams.

Investment:

1. Sourcing and underwriting of real estate opportunities
2. Execution of real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and post-transaction management work
3. Strategic planning processes, including research into new asset classes or geographies
4. Portfolio management and reporting

Asset Management:

1. Active management of portfolio assets including strategy implementation and ensuring that operational needs are met
2. Monitoring and analysis of asset trading performance and financials to support strategy and decision-making
3. Market research, performance benchmarking and management reporting

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent. Master's degree in these fields and/or CFA will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience underwriting and executing commercial real estate investment deals.
3. Experience in hotel investment and/or commercial asset management will be an added advantage.
4. Experience in the UK and/or Singapore markets and value-add deals will be an added advantage.
5. Strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills.
6. Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and succinct way.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tight timelines.
