Who are We?

Hao Ren Hao Shi好人好事 is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to improve the lives of families in need by providing essential provisions while promoting the spirit of volunteerism among children, youth, families and community.

What We do?

We are reaching out to more than 1,800 families every month including low-income families, individuals with disabilities and those who are terminally ill across Singapore.

Our charity initiatives feature Mobile Groceries, which deliver to the HDB heartlands, and Happy Minimart, offering low-income residents in the vicinity to collect their essential items.

We work with students, individuals & group volunteers, and corporates CSR.

What We are looking for?

Hao Ren Hao Shi好人好事 is currently seeking an energetic and resourceful person to join our team as Operations Executive.

The candidate will be managing our community mart, charity programmes, volunteer management, and general day-to-day operations. The successful candidate must enjoy speaking to people and have the ability to manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be working with a fast-moving and vibrant team serving the Singapore Community.

You must possess a Class 3/3A driving licence and should be a Diploma or Degree holder with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably with 3-5 years of work experience. Charity sector or volunteer experience would be a plus point. Social Media savvy - YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok would be an added advantage.

This is a 5.5-day work week with Saturday Service Engagement with the community.
