Job Description

The Education Program Director will lead the development of K12 and tertiary education and student programs centered around science, nature, or marine topics, encouraging hands-on learning experiences. This role will oversee day-to-day program operations and focus on development areas through assessments, feedback, and data analysis.

The Education Program Director will excel in long-term strategic planning and demonstrate the ability to set goals and milestone indicators to evaluate and measure program success. Additionally, the Director will work closely with other teams to identify and obtain funding opportunities for education programs and build/maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading and developing education programs, including residency and fellowship programs
• Strong experience in new program development
• Self-starter
• Passion for marine biology
