Building Services Technician (North, Nursing Home, 6 days)
Job description
Our client is a non-profit organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot faults related to all facilities.
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance work.
- Oversee the work of vendors and contractors on-site, and address emergency and crisis situations as they arise.
- Assist with inventory control and inspect assets, equipment, and office fittings for defects or damage.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Building Maintenance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, M&E operations, and building services.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
