Building Services Technician (North, Nursing Home, 6 days)

Our client is a non-profit organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot faults related to all facilities.
• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance work.
• Oversee the work of vendors and contractors on-site, and address emergency and crisis situations as they arise.
• Assist with inventory control and inspect assets, equipment, and office fittings for defects or damage.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Building Maintenance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, M&E operations, and building services.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
