Early Childhood Special Educator (SDESN)

Our client is a non-profit organization where they strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate children with learning and developmental issues using screening tools and provide targeted interventions.
• Design and implement Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) and Development Support Programmes (DSP) tailored to children’s needs.
• Work closely with educators, parents, and the centre principal to integrate strategies and support classroom participation.
• Conduct training for families and staff, sharing updated practices and strategies to support children’s developmental progress.

Requirements:

• SDESN Certified
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience with children with developmental needs.

Salary: $3,600 to $4,400
