Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate potential suppliers for Information Communication Technology (ICT) products and services, as well as Installation and Systems Integration services.
Oversee the end-to-end Tender Process and manage the processing of Purchase Orders, ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance Regulations.
Manage market bidding and project delivery to ensure the achievement of delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Perform price analysis and lead purchase and contract negotiations with vendors to secure the best pricing for materials and services.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to internal controls across pan-procurement teams, in line with corporate management regulations.
Ensure departmental KPIs are consistently met and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Generate Purchase Orders and process any changes to orders as required.
Collaborate with various divisions and cross-functional teams to meet procurement objectives.
Provide regular updates to requestors on the status of materials or services.
Handle additional procurement-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/ Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Internship or academic project experience in procurement or the ICT industry is a plus.
No prior experience required— we welcome Entry-Level/Fresh Graduates, and training will be provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive, "Can-Do" attitude and hands-on approach to tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication with the Chinese-speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers.
