Job Description:
Assist with daily order processing to ensure smooth workflow.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs).
Book delivery timing slots with designated malls.
Support driver management including: processing of cash card claims and ensuring that all items are picked up and delivered as scheduled.
Conduct daily stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records.
Pack items (e.g., posters, delivery orders, price labels, etc.) for retail outlet deliveries.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A motivated, self-starter with initiative and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively.
