JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
Industry-Specific Talent Sourcing - Identify and attract top talent within the industry, including roles in banking, investment, insurance, and risk management
Job Posting and Advertisement - Create compelling job descriptions and post on job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates
Candidate Screening and Interviews - Evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit through resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define recruitment strategies
Employer Branding - Promote the company's culture and values through effective communication with potential candidates, enhancing our employer brand within the industry
Talent Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates
Candidate Experience Management - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and guidance
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding - Assist in extending job offers and managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Market Research and Trends - Stay updated with industry recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in any related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
