JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Work with the manager and creative team to develop content marketing strategies
2. Conceptualize and develop engaging content according to a content marketing strategy
3. Incorporate brand voice and identity in digital content
4. Create various forms of social media content—text captions, images, and videos
5. Conduct keyword analysis and optimise content for SEO
6. Monitor social media traffic statistics and produce analysis report with action plan
7. Respond to reader comments, questions, and complaints
8. Collaborate with the creative team on the design of promotional materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least a diploma in mass communication, creative & design, digital marketing or other related fields
2. At least one-year experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms
3. Able to produce timely content by featuring or participating in the organisation’s events
4. Ability to work with creative design tools (ie. Adobe, Final Cut Pro)
5. Proficient command of both English and Chinese
6. Team player and able to communicate with staff and volunteers
7. Able to meet deadlines and work weekends occasionally
8. Have an interest or passion for working in NGO or social service agency (SSA)
