What Will You Do:
Develop and Execute Cross-Sell Campaigns
Implement acquisition strategies tailored to affluent individuals, enhancing the bank’s market share in the premium banking segment.
Work closely with product teams, data analytics, and relationship managers to create integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with high-net-worth customers.
Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns to ensure KPIs are met.
Develop customer journeys that prioritize the needs and preferences of affluent clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless banking experience.
What is Required :
At least 12-15 years of relevant experience as a marketer with solid grasp of financials.
Experienced in having full ownership of the marketing process, from financial planning to creative execution. You will need to lead, inspire, and coordinate efforts across various teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of impactful campaigns.
The candidate’s ability to manage financials is key. They must be proficient in budgeting, cost management, and understanding the financial drivers behind campaign success.
Deep expertise in creative control and accountability over the marketing collaterals and media buys, ensuring the campaigns are both innovative and effective.
Accountable for delivering high-quality, effective materials that resonate with the affluent target audience.
The candidate must excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and overseeing all aspects of campaign delivery.
