Our client is a renowned Healthcare network provider operating in multiple geographies globally. They are now looking to hire an AVP/ VP, Corporate Finance and Strategic Development. This role will focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory, and Financial modelling for deals advisory.
You will provide guidance and support to the leadership team on Business Development and M&A Activities and assist in the formulation of the group’s strategy and internal evaluation of portfolio assets.
