Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Company Introduction:
We are a leading EPC contracting company in Saudi Arabia, delivering large-scale projects in power generation, high-voltage substations, OHTL, water treatment, pipelines, and industrial infrastructure. As part of our mission to build a high-performing workforce, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support key HR functions and employee lifecycle management.
Position Overview:
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, data management, HR compliance, performance tracking, and support for recruitment and payroll processes. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR function that supports business objectives and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Services:
- Manage employee records, HR database updates, contract preparation, and documentation.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and exit processes, ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
HR Compliance & Administration:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and WPS regulations.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and government portals.
- Maintain accurate files for leaves, disciplinary actions, and employee movement.
Performance & Attendance Management:
- Monitor and track employee attendance, absences, overtime, and leave balances.
- Assist in maintaining KPIs and performance records for employee evaluations.
- Support HR leadership in the execution of performance appraisal processes.
HR Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare periodic reports related to headcount, turnover, Saudization progress, and payroll support.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation for internal audits and inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of HR data and employee files.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support:
- Assist in coordinating candidate interviews, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely mobilization and joining formalities.
- Follow up with new hires for probation evaluations and contract renewals.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or employee services.
- Experience in EPC, construction, or industrial sectors is preferred.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Taqat).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and document management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or PHRi are a plus.
- Training in labor law compliance or HR systems is an advantage.
