We are seeking professional and high-caliber Freelance Hospitality Trainers to deliver structured, interactive and impactful hospitality training programs across multiple regions within Saudi Arabia.

This role requires strong facilitation skills, deep hospitality knowledge, strong presentation capabilities, and the ability to engage diverse groups in both Arabic and English. The ideal trainer will deliver sessions that reflect excellence, service culture, protocol standards, and high-quality guest experience expectations.

Candidates must demonstrate strong presence, confidence, grooming, and the ability to conduct sessions that are practical, dynamic, and culturally aligned with Saudi protocols and standards. The selected trainers will support our programs on a freelance basis, with training schedules assigned in blocks throughout the year.

• Deliver hospitality-focused training programs across assigned locations
• Conduct bilingual sessions (Arabic / English) when required
• Facilitate role-plays, simulations, case studies, and skills practice
• Ensure professional representation of hospitality etiquette & Saudi protocol
• Adapt training content to participant levels (entry to supervisory)
• Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and high engagement standards
• Provide post-training documentation when requested

• Strong training facilitation and presentation presence
• Ability to manage classrooms and deliver engaging learning experiences
• Deep understanding of hospitality, service culture, protocol & etiquette
• Flexibility to travel between different KSA regions if required
• Professional grooming and communication style
• Ability to tailor content and lead interactive sessions
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, patient experience, soft skills, and leadership training
• Ability to deliver training in Arabic and/or English (bilingual preferred)
• Previous training delivery experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to commit to 3–5 day training blocks when scheduled
• Freelance availability with daily rate quotation required
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong interpersonal conduct
• Available in KSA with valid Id/ Iqama
