Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on leveraging influencer partnerships and affiliate networks to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing trends, and the ability to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and establish partnerships with influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand and target audience.
• Develop and negotiate contracts and collaboration agreements with influencers.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including content briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Affiliate Marketing:
• Build and manage an affiliate program to recruit and onboard affiliates who can promote our brand.
• Provide affiliates with promotional materials, training, and ongoing support to optimize their efforts.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track conversions, and ensure timely payment of commissions.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and develop strategies to further enhance their engagement.
• Strategy and Campaign Development:
• Create and implement strategies for influencer and affiliate marketing to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into campaigns.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Use analytics tools to track and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in affiliate platforms and influencer tools (e.g., AffiliateWP, Refersion, AspireIQ, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
