HS Brands Global is a leading international mystery shopping and brand auditing company operating across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Central Asia. We help top brands evaluate and improve customer experience through detailed and objective field reporting.
We are currently looking for detail-oriented and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our team!
- Be assigned to visit a location such as a shop, restaurant, café, or service center.
- Act as a regular customer during your visit—your identity as a mystery shopper must remain confidential.
- Observe key aspects such as customer service, staff behavior, cleanliness, ambiance, waiting time, accuracy of order or service, etc.
- Submit short reports; they consist of simple yes/no questions with optional comments.
- Be compensated for each completed visit. Purchases made during the visit are often reimbursed, and you’ll receive a shopper commission as well.
