We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer who is not only a strong creative thinker but also a hands‑on visual problem solver. This role calls for someone with a solid foundation in graphic design and video editing, combined with technical know‑how in 3D design and booth construction using AutoCAD or similar tools.

You will take the lead in developing creative visual content across multiple platforms from digital campaigns and marketing videos to 3D event booth designs. This role requires both strategic creative direction and the ability to execute high-quality visuals that strengthen the brand’s presence and storytelling.

• Lead and develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns, digital assets, and event materials.
• Design and visualize 3D event booths, stage setups, and spatial layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
• Oversee end-to-end design production from concept sketches to final execution.
• Edit and produce compelling video content for social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Support photography and videography needs when required.
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Events, and Production) to ensure visual consistency and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple creative projects with attention to detail, deadlines, and brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to overall creative direction within the team.

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in creative or multimedia design roles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experienced in 3D design and visualization (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent 3D software).
• Strong aesthetic sense in layout, typography, color, and brand design.
• Skilled in video editing and understanding of storytelling through motion.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Familiarity or hands‑on experience with AI tools for creative design or content generation (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Experience in event design or exhibition booth.
