They specialize in building high-performance WordPress websites designed to support lead generation, SEO, and long-term scalability. Their environment is execution-focused, quality-driven, and built around reliable, production-ready delivery—not experimentation for its own sake.

We’re hiring a Full-Stack WordPress Developer to build, optimize, and maintain fast, secure, and conversion-focused WordPress websites. This role works closely with design, SEO, and strategy teams to translate concepts into polished, scalable WordPress builds that perform exceptionally well.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, values clean code, and takes ownership of performance, stability, and quality.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites using modern, scalable best practices.
• Translate Figma or design files into clean, responsive, and accessible WordPress builds.
• Build and maintain custom post types, templates, and reusable components.
• Optimize site speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement technical SEO best practices across site structure, templates, and content.
• Manage plugins responsibly with a focus on stability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot bugs, compatibility issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and Account Managers to deliver projects on schedule.

• 3+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites (agency or client-facing environments preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress core architecture.
• Hands-on experience with modern page builders such as Elementor (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, site performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience building custom post types, templates, and reusable components.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and working with staging/production environments.
• Strong attention to detail, code quality, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

• Salary range: Up to $3,000 USD/month, based on experience.
• Fully remote role (LATAM-based candidates only).
