Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations Teams to provide world-class support to our customers. This position will also work closely with cross-functional internal departments on high exposure projects to drive automation and enhance all areas of Sales Operations support. The BI Analyst will be responsible for the daily revenue reports, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales review templates, and other analysis.
This job position will assist Sales Analysts by integrating and analyzing data from various sources to create meaningful decision-making analytics. The role will also assist in identifying sales entry errors and coordinating with the Customer Service team for corrections. The BI Analyst will maintain commercial operations KPIs for the Sales Leadership team and incorporate business analytics to improve and automate reporting.
