Job summary
A leading destination management company in Cancun is looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader to strategically lead talent attraction and workforce planning. The successful candidate will manage recruitment operations, enhance employer branding, and ensure a high-performance team culture. This position requires at least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2 years in a leadership role, and fluency in English and Spanish. Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations through strategic workforce planning, innovative sourcing methodologies, recruitment process optimization, and continuous expansion of attraction channels. You will partner with business leaders and HR teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and drives business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and measurable recruitment outcomes.

- Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar)
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
