We are seeking an experienced Renewable Investment Manager to drive investment strategies, manage asset portfolios, and execute transactions within the renewable energy sector. Based in Milan, this role will focus on sourcing, structuring, and managing investments across Italy and Southern Europe.
Identify and evaluate renewable energy investment opportunities in Italy and Southern Europe.
Conduct financial modelling, due diligence, and risk assessment for prospective investments.
Develop and execute investment strategies that align with financial and sustainability objectives.
Manage a portfolio of renewable energy assets, optimizing returns and operational performance.
Structure and negotiate project financing, joint ventures, and M&A transactions.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and subsidy mechanisms in Italy.
Engage with investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders to drive deal execution.
Prepare detailed investment reports and recommendations for senior management and investors.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, or project finance within the renewable energy sector.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Proven track record of executing renewable energy deals, including M&A and project finance.
In-depth knowledge of Italy’s energy market, regulatory landscape, and subsidy frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
